Myer provides the Gift Card and associated services and arrangements. In order to do this, Myer and its related bodies corporate may need to collect personal information (such as your name, address, contact details and transaction information) when you use the Gift Card or otherwise deal with us in relation to your Gift Card.

To deliver and manage the Gift Card facility, your information may be shared with members of Myer and business partners who assist Myer to run the Gift Cards program, such as IT contractors, delivery companies, mail houses and call centres. These disclosures to business partners will be protected by commercially binding agreements.

Vii Pty Ltd provides the Myer Gift Card Services including the operation of this Website and fulfilment of your Order as well as associated services to you in an agency capacity acting on behalf of Myer Pty Ltd. In order to do this, Vii Pty Ltd and any related bodies corporate are required to collect your personal business contact and company information (such as your name, address, contact details and order information) when you use the Myer Gift Card Online website or otherwise deal with us in relation to your Gift Card orders and requirements.

3. Use of information

Myer or the parties to whom your information may be disclosed, may use your information to advise you of special offers or promotions, and may also use your information form for the purposes of research and analysis. However, we will not share information collected in relation to the Gift Card with any other businesses for marketing purposes which do not relate to the business of Myer. 5. Card number, Access CODEs and Passwords
